Harry Voermans

Harry specialises in corporate law, property and contract law and employment law. He advises on contracts, mergers, acquisitions and (inter)national transactions, management buy-outs, reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures, in short everything an entrepreneur can deal with. He has extensive experience in the multidisciplinary advisory practice. Harry works quickly and effectively, is pragmatic and result-oriented.

Harry has been a corporate law lawyer since 1993 and co-founded (among others) Dijkstra Voermans’ Legal Profession and Notary.
