Yvonne completed the Postgraduate Programme in Employment Law (PALA) and PALA-plus. In 2017, Yvonne completed her mediation training and has since worked as an MfN-registered mediator alongside her legal practice. Yvonne specialises in dismissal law (including for statutory directors), international relationships in employment law, and employment-law advice on reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions. She represents many regional and national hospitality businesses, as well as international listed companies, hospitals, housing corporations and SMEs. She also advises CEOs, CFOs, COOs, statutory directors, managers and other employees. Yvonne has extensive experience mediating disputes involving cooperation and separation. She is a member of the specialisation associations VRAA and VAAN. Alongside her broad advisory and litigation practice, she regularly publishes columns and case annotations on employment law. She is a board member of Vrienden van het CHIO and the Rotterdam Mediators Association. Yvonne lives with her husband and three children in Rotterdam.

He advises on contracts, mergers, acquisitions and (inter)national transactions, management buy-outs, reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures – in short, everything an entrepreneur may encounter. He has extensive experience in multidisciplinary advisory practice. Harry works quickly and effectively, and is pragmatic and result-driven. Harry has been a corporate lawyer since 1993 and was a co-founder of (among others) Dijkstra Voermans Advocatuur & Notariaat.

She was one of the founders of a corporate & commercial boutique firm in Rotterdam (Quint Legal) (2015-2018) and has been a partner at Sørensen Advocaten since 2019. Claudia specialises in (international) contract law, real estate and construction projects, and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience setting up commercial contractual relationships (partnerships, distribution/sales, procurement, licences, general terms and conditions), guiding construction & engineering projects (turnkey, EPC, Fidic, UAV-GC) and handling contractual disputes. Claudia is a member of the Association for Construction Law (Lawyers), the Association for Procedural Law and the Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency Law. As a contemporary and approachable lawyer, Claudia helps entrepreneurs and companies achieve their international ambitions. She combines high-quality legal services with personal dedication and flexibility. Clients also describe Claudia as approachable, engaged and solution-focused. Since September 2014, Karlijn has worked at Sørensen Advocaten, first as a legal assistant and subsequently as a lawyer. In 2019, Karlijn completed the Postgraduate Programme in Employment Law cum laude. Karlijn Kapel is a member of the Association of Employment Law Lawyers in the Netherlands (VAAN), the Rotterdam Association of Employment Law Lawyers (VRAA) and the Association of Young Employment Law Lawyers (VJAA). Karlijn lives with her husband and son in Rotterdam.

During her studies, Martina gained a great deal of relevant legal experience at large and small (international employment-law) law firms. With this experience, she has strengthened the Sørensen Advocaten team since 2023.
