Employment law in practice
Yvonne guides employers on terms of employment, CAO law, employee participation and the sick employee – often in combination with dismissal or a reorganisation.
Who she works with
Employers, boards, HR departments and professionals engage Yvonne for dismissal, reorganisation, international employment matters, or when mediation looks like the fastest route.
Non-compete clauses and the transition payment
When key personnel depart, Yvonne advises on the non-compete clause, the non-solicitation clause and the statutory transition payment – for employers and employees alike.
Secondment and international deployment
International secondment requires knowledge of both Dutch rules and group-wide arrangements. Yvonne advises on secondment and the cross-border deployment of staff.
Employment contracts and changes
On hiring, probationary periods, changes to terms of employment or the end of employment, Yvonne advises on the employment contract and documentation that holds up in a dispute.
Social security and staff costs
Questions about pay, benefits and employer costs sometimes touch on social security law. Yvonne coordinates with colleagues when that plays into a single file.
Temp work and flexible arrangements
Temp work, payrolling and flexible arrangements need sharp agreements. See payrolling and temporary constructions for our firm-wide practice – Yvonne helps with review and disputes.
