Rates
Clear pricing: our 2026 hourly rates are listed here, and we do not charge a general office-cost surcharge. We discuss scope and fees in advance, with a fixed price where possible.
Clear and predictable
We invoice monthly and, where possible, give an estimate in advance of the time an assignment will take. For private clients we work with a retainer of EUR 1,750 excluding VAT.
No surprises afterwards: for larger matters – such as a substantial reorganisation – fixed prices may apply; we discuss that during the intake.
2026 hourly rates
Our hourly rates – excluding VAT and (court registry) costs – are:

The hourly rate depends on the experience of the lawyer handling your case. For larger assignments we discuss team composition and budget in advance.
Office costs
We do not charge a surcharge for general office costs.
We cannot hold third-party funds: we do not have a Stichting Derdengelden (third-party funds foundation). Court fees and external costs are itemised separately each month on the detailed invoice.
Fixed fee per assignment
A fixed fee for a specific assignment can be discussed – for example a reorganisation priced per departing employee, or a standard contract review. Get in contact with us.
Reorganisation and project pricing
For reorganizations and mergers, we often apply a fixed price per departing employee (EUR 1,950 excl. VAT) for the plan, UWV process, settlement agreement and negotiation package. We discuss any additional complexity in advance.
Mediation and other services
The same transparency applies to mediation and other engagements: an hourly rate or an agreed price per phase, depending on what best fits your situation.
Approach and invoicing
You receive a detailed monthly invoice of hours worked and work carried out.

In a first conversation, we explore your question, its urgency and which lawyer will take on your case. After that, you get clarity on next steps and an indication of costs.
