Harry Voermans

Harry is specialized in corporate law, property- and contract law and employment law. He has extensive experience in advising on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and (international) transactions, management buy-outs, restructuring and joint ventures – all matters which relate to the corporate housekeeping and the business operations of companies and entrepreneurs. He has been involved in many cases which were dealt with in multidisciplinary teams. Harry is very skilled in quickly finding effective and pragmatic solutions.

Harry has been working as a lawyer in the corporate practice since 1993 and he was one of the founders of (among others) the law firm Dijkstra Voermans Advocatuur en Notariaat (attorneys and notaries).
