Claudia has been working as a lawyer in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, since 1997, of which 17 years associated with a reputable big (international) law firm (Loyens & Loeff) and since 2015 as a partner of a boutique law firm. She was one of the founders of the corporate & commercial boutique law firm in Rotterdam (Quint Legal) (2015-2018) and, as of 2019, she is a partner at the boutique law firm Sørensen Advocaten.

 

Claudia is specialized in (international) contract law, private construction law and commercial litigation. She has ample experience in setting-up contractual relationships (commercial co-operations, distribution/sales, procurement, licenses, general conditions), legally supporting construction & engineering projects (turnkey, EPC, Fidic, UAV-GC) and dealing with contractual disputes. Claudia is a member of the Construction Law Association (including the Society for Construction Law Attorneys), the Dutch Association for Procedural Law and the Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency Law.

Pursuant to this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits in each registered principal area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
