Employer liability

Employer’s liability includes accidents that take place in the workplace, and where it is immediately clear that the employee has suffered physical injuries, but also complaints that develop over a longer period of time and in which sometimes less clearly the link with the work performed can be explained. In recent years, for example, there have been lawsuits in which the employee sought damages for RSI complaints or because of a burnout that the employee believed was caused by the work. A simple fall at work resulting in injury may also be subject to the liability of an employer, as well as a commuting accident. We have knowledge of and experience in the guidance of employers and employees in case of possible liability of employers.
